Migration from Tilda to Angular

Webko is a Vilnius-based web development company led by Andrii Kokov — a full-stack developer with 15+ years in web application development and 25+ years in IT. We move websites off website builders such as Tilda to fast static Angular sites: the same pages and addresses, no monthly builder fee, content that is simple to update and SEO that is checked on every build.

What a migration from Tilda includes

  • Audit of the existing site — every page, form, script and indexed address is listed before anything is rebuilt, so nothing is lost on the way.
  • The same pages, rebuilt in Angular — standalone components, responsive layouts and static prerendering: each page is plain HTML served from ordinary hosting.
  • URLs and redirects — old page addresses and duplicate URL forms get 301 redirects, www goes to one main domain, and the sitemap is resubmitted in Search Console.
  • SEO built into the build — titles, descriptions, canonical and hreflang tags, JSON-LD, image alt texts and a sitemap, with checks that stop a build when something is missing.
  • Forms and analytics — contact forms relayed to email or Telegram, Google Analytics and Meta Pixel loaded only after cookie consent.
  • Several languages — a language switcher, translated pages and layouts that stay intact when the browser auto-translates.
  • Deployment, a staging copy, post-release checks and support after launch.

Why move off a website builder

A builder is quick to start, but over the years it adds a monthly fee, limits on structure, scripts and redirects, and edits that must be made page by page in an editor. A static Angular site runs on ordinary hosting, keeps content in files that can be reviewed and versioned, gives full control over SEO and can grow into a web application with a Spring Boot back-end when the business needs one.

Klinika PINKOVA

A cosmetology clinic site in Vilnius, moved from Tilda to a static Angular site in four languages: the same pages, 301 redirects for the old addresses, SEO checks on every build, JSON-LD, a form relay to Telegram and analytics after cookie consent.

Frequently asked questions

Will I lose my Google rankings when moving off Tilda?

We keep page addresses wherever possible, add a 301 redirect for every address that changes, rebuild titles, descriptions, hreflang and structured data, and resubmit the sitemap in Search Console. A short dip while Google re-reads the site is possible, but the aim is to keep what the pages already have.

How much does a migration from Tilda cost?

It depends on the number of pages, languages and forms. We work hourly: from €45/h for full-time work and €60/h on-demand; all rates exclude VAT. After a look at the current site we give an estimate before starting.

Can I still edit the content myself?

Content lives in typed files per language, so changes are made by a developer in the repository: one line for the opening hours, one file for a page. If you need a visual editor for non-technical staff, we can discuss adding a CMS to the Angular site.

Do you only migrate from Tilda?

No. The same approach works for other website builders: audit, rebuild, redirects, SEO checks and deployment.
