We have entered into a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with Hostinger in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. Hostinger processes server log data on our behalf solely for the purpose of providing and securing the hosting service.

Server log files

The hosting provider automatically collects and stores information in server log files which your browser transmits automatically. These include:

  • Browser type and version
  • Operating system
  • Referrer URL
  • Host name of the accessing computer
  • Time of the server request
  • IP address

This data is not merged with other data sources. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest in the technically error-free provision and optimisation of the website.

4. General information and mandatory information

We take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with statutory data protection regulations and this privacy policy.

Data transmission over the Internet may have security gaps. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.

Storage period

Unless a more specific storage period is stated in this policy, your personal data will remain with us until the purpose for data processing no longer applies. If you assert a legitimate request for deletion or revoke your consent, your data will be deleted unless we have other legally permissible reasons for storing it (e.g. tax or commercial law retention periods).

Our website uses cookies — small data packets stored on your device. We distinguish the following categories:

The contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA v2 to prevent spam. reCAPTCHA may set cookies and collect information about your device to distinguish humans from bots. This processing is based on Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR / § 25(1) TDDDG (consent) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in protecting the form from abuse). 7. Contact form

When you submit the contact form, the following data is transmitted and processed via EmailJS:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Message content
  • Selected service plan (if applicable)
  • reCAPTCHA token

This data is used solely to process your inquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to inquiries). Data will be retained until the purpose for storage no longer applies or until you request deletion.

8. California residents — CCPA notice

If you are a resident of California, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):

  • Right to know — you may request information about the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.
  • Right to delete — you may request deletion of personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions.
