La mission de notre équipe est de fournir la meilleure qualité dans le respect du budget du client.
J'ai occupé différents postes dans l'IT pendant plus de 25 ans et je suis aujourd'hui développeur full-stack avec plus de 15 ans d'expérience dans le développement d'applications web – Java/JavaScript. Ces dernières années, je me suis spécialisé dans le développement mobile/front-end (Angular, React, Vue, AngularJS, Ionic, Bootstrap, Appery.io, applications hybrides) et l'architecture logicielle. Cela signifie que je maîtrise chaque niveau du développement et que je m'engage à développer mon expertise dans toutes les technologies logicielles.
Expérience du cycle de développement complet : conception de l'architecture de base de données, conception de l'architecture système, mise en œuvre des fonctionnalités demandées, conception de l'interface graphique, revue de code et encadrement d'une équipe de développeurs, tests, déploiement et support.
De solides compétences analytiques associées à une longue expérience professionnelle dans différents secteurs. Solide expérience dans le développement et la gestion de projets Angular/AngularJS, Vue et React avec une architecture d'état Redux.
Bonnes compétences interpersonnelles. Expérience en gestion d'équipe et en analyse métier.
Je peux diriger une équipe pour atteindre ses objectifs (jalons). Nous sommes orientés résultats, avec un accent sur l'optimisation des processus.
En tant qu'équipe, nous avons une solide expérience dans la finance, la médecine et d'autres domaines.

We can assign all the FE work to him, and be sure that he will delegate it to FE developers, let other team members know if there are dependencies that should be resolved. Andrii always know the status of FE on the project, helps to solve the issues that they faced, shares the experience and best practices.
